PLEASE inspire others to do something similar.
Dear Governor Murphy,
I stand along side of you, and applaud and support your efforts and tenacity during this crisis.
Small businesses like hair and nail salons, restaurants, gyms, yoga studios, etc., most located within commercial properties are still paying monthly rent and insurances.
Many voluntarily closed their shops for the greater good days before the edict.
Please inform us of plans to offset their hardship by deferring rent payments, encouraging business loss insurers to recognize this unprecedented situation (many policies are NOT covering), or of any government subsidies either State or Federal that will be available to them.
They have stopped operations in a robust economy to further the speed of defeating this crisis at their own hardship and in many cases, those they employ, to work towards the common good.
I ask that you address this soon, and add that I gratefully appreciate the response of your staff and administration in the past.
